          We use an advanced computer simulation capable of running real time simulations and data analysis, we use this data in our airbag designs and to determine the safety rating, we can use simulations to acquire the data needed instead of crash tests in certain circumstances. By using this method, we can increase efficiency, reduce the cost and decrease the time used in development. Our CAE team can use the three-dimensional data provided by the main server, by using simulation softwares MADYMO and LS-DYNA the team is capable of producing a simulated passenger restriction model, including frontal passenger restriction, side passenger restriction systematic analyses. By using the verified model we can preduce a much more efficient airbag that can still be improved upon, these airbags include , driver airbag(DAB), passenger airbag (PAB), side airbag(SAB) and curtain airbag(CAB). Optimizing the airbag design can increase the protection provided to the passenger and aid in the development of newer airbags.
